Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of restaurants in the field, partnering with franchisees to drive profitability and brand execution. You will analyze data and coach operators to implement action plans across sales, guest experience, and operations.

This role requires frequent travel and a strong business sense to influence outcomes without direct authority, helping scale franchise success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel 80–90% within the territory, with potential evenings or weekends.
• 5+ years in multi-unit quick service restaurant, fast casual, foodservice, hospitality, or related leadership.
• Strong business acumen including P&L, sales trends, and margin improvement.
• Ability to lead, coach, and influence operators, managers, franchisees, or field teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and franchise management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner to franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Create action plans with franchisees to improve sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, standards, and performance.
• Coach franchisees on programs, technology tools, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Support new openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and market development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
