Subway is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to oversee multiple franchise locations within the New Orleans territory, reporting to the Director, Franchise Performance. The role focuses on strengthening franchise relationships, guiding financial and operational performance, and ensuring brand standards across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in multi-unit management, with travel within the region, proficiency in FranConnect and MS Office, and a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience with 5+ years in multi-unit management.
• Certificate programs in Franchise Management, Food Safety, Food Handler, Hospitality would be a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Franchise Management with track record of growth and profitability.
• 3+ years of Restaurant experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region and flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with franchisees, act as a business consultant tackling operations, finances and execution.
• Review restaurant reports and audits, analyze data, and guide franchisees on improvements.
• Set and monitor territory goals aligned with KPIs, drive profitable sales and guest experience.
• Provide guidance on operational and food safety during visits and document compliance.
