Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance in Austin, TX to lead franchisee partnerships, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards. The role emphasizes field presence, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to support market performance.

The position requires frequent travel, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will coach operators and manage a territory with a focus on sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business or related field.
• Experience in multi-unit quick-service/foodservice or field operations preferred.
• Ability to travel 80–90% within territory and 4 days in the field per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner to franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees to create action plans that improve sales, profitability, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, and standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, and marketing initiatives.
