Job summary

ISI® Elite Training seeks a Franchise Operations Coach to bridge HQ guidance with-field execution in Charlotte, NC. You will help Franchise Partners and Facility Managers apply systems, drive performance, and deliver prioritized coaching and resources.

Responsibilities include leading QBRs, onboarding and launch support, and creating SOPs and training content. Travel to locations and HQ collaboration are essential to improve field outcomes and maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise operations or multi-location fitness leadership.
• Strong data analysis, group facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally and work on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead QBRs covering revenue, membership trends, retention, sales, and operational performance with documented ownership.
• Guide onboarding, presale, and launch with group calls and coaching.
• Develop SOPs, onboarding/offboarding tools, and training resources to address recurring gaps.
• Coordinate national promotions and system rollouts with clear responsibilities.
• Resolve field support tickets with HQ and monitor progress, surfacing risks.
