Job summary

Relentless Brands HQ in Charlotte, NC seeks an Operations Manager to run the HQ operating engine across ISI® Elite Training, The Plunge House®, and related brands. You own system tickets, internal platforms, brand compliance, and learning and development to keep every tool and SOP sharp.

You are a high-urgency, high-detail operator who moves quickly, enforces standards, and routes issues to resolution with documented root cause and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• 3 years in operations, systems administration, franchise operations, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated ownership of at least one business-critical platform (CRM, LMS, scheduling, franchise management, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of managing ticket queues, SLAs, or operational workflows at scale.
• Strong writing and documentation skills. You can build an SOP from scratch.
• Ability to work on-site at HQ, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Administer Mindbody across all ISI and Plunge House locations.
• Manage CRM (GHL / Axle and related): pipelines, automations, permissions, integrations, audits.
• Admin FranConnect: territory data, partner records, compliance workflows, reporting.
