Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees, coaching teams toward sales, profits and growth while delivering a consistent and safe brand experience. You will travel to consult with franchisees, align priorities, and drive remodels or new openings in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven coaching, strong communication, and ongoing performance reviews to ensure franchisee commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED required; 4-year/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations.
• Prior leadership experience with franchises or multi-unit teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees.
• Align priority areas to drive sales, profitability and network growth.
• Coach Franchisees through regular check-ins to follow through on commitments.
• Track data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions and decisions.
• Support remodels and new restaurant openings; coordinate with construction.
