Job description

Company Description

ISI® Elite Training is a fitness brand focused on 50-minute, low-impact, high-intensity strength-based workouts designed and led by certified coaches. Sessions emphasize functional, dynamic movements that help members burn fat, build muscle, and gain confidence and strength, all within a supportive team environment. The company’s mission is to build communities that challenge and sharpen each other through integrity, grit, energy, and determination. ISI® Elite Training operates with core values that include bringing energy, doing the right thing, embracing change, earning results, and rising as one. The brand also offers franchising opportunities for individuals interested in contributing to its growth and impact.

About the Role

The Franchise Operations Coach connects what Headquarters teaches with what happens in the field. You help Franchise Partners and Facility Managers understand performance, apply operating systems, and execute clear priorities. Your work strengthens operational consistency, supports new locations, and turns field insights into better training and resources. Ongoing support centers on Quarterly Business Reviews and group coaching calls for Franchise Partners and Facility Managers. Individual coaching is reserved for new Franchise Partners during onboarding, presale, and launch. Franchise Partners own their businesses and daily execution. You own the quality of your guidance, training, and follow-through. You set clear expectations, identify opportunities through data, and hold partners accountable for their commitments.

People Who Thrive in This Role
  • Turn performance data into practical actions operators can execute.
  • Lead focused group conversations with clear takeaways.
  • Ask thoughtful questions, identify underlying issues, and communicate directly.
  • Build repeatable systems and resources that strengthen franchise support.
  • Balance partner relationships with accountability and respect for business ownership.
  • Follow through, document commitments, and surface risks early.
People Who Struggle in This Role
  • Measure progress by completed calls rather than improved execution.
  • Give generic advice without understanding performance or operational gaps.
  • Take over responsibilities that belong to Franchise Partners and their teams.
  • Let reactive requests replace planned training, reviews, and system priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Quarterly Business Reviews and Group Coaching
  • Lead QBRs covering revenue, membership trends, retention, sales, and operational performance. Establish documented priorities, measurable goals, timelines, and clear FP and FM ownership.
  • Facilitate group coaching calls with practical tools, actionable takeaways, and proven practices from top-performing locations.
  • Track commitments and performance between reviews; elevate concerns to Operations leadership with context and recommendations.
Onboarding and Launch Support
  • Guide new Franchise Partners through onboarding, presale, and launch with group calls and individual coaching during this initial phase.
  • Prepare operators for opening through sales guidance, team readiness, and operational Launch Training.
  • Improve launch curriculum with HQ and transition new partners into the ongoing QBR and group coaching model.
Training and Operational Consistency
  • Facilitate IRON-U and targeted on-site operational training alongside HQ leaders.
  • Develop SOPs, onboarding and offboarding tools, and training resources that address recurring operational gaps.
  • Improve Learning Management System content to support consistent field execution.
National Promotions and System Rollouts
  • Coordinate operational guidance for national promotions, challenges, and rollouts, defining responsibilities and timelines.
  • Gather field feedback to improve adoption and execution.
Field Support and HQ Collaboration
  • Resolve operational support tickets with HQ and develop targeted action plans for locations needing additional support.
  • Document QBRs, commitments, training needs, and performance; keep Operations leadership informed of progress and risks.
  • Use technology and AI tools to improve reporting, resources, and support efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For

You have experience in franchise operations, fitness facility management, multi-location operations, or field training. You understand how sales, retention, and team execution affect business performance. Franchise experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to improve operations through practical guidance and accountability.
  • Strong data analysis, group facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop clear processes and training resources.
  • Strong organization and communication across multiple locations and priorities.
  • Sound judgment when reinforcing partner ownership or escalating concerns.
  • Comfort with reporting tools, CRM systems, learning platforms, and operational technology.
  • Ability to travel for HQ training, location launches, and field support.
  • Commitment to fitness, service, and the ISI® Elite Training member experience.

You communicate directly, follow through, and equip Franchise Partners to own execution and become stronger operators.

Qualifications
  • Strong operations management and process improvement skills, with experience guiding teams in standardized procedures.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities to support and develop franchise owners and studio staff.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills for reviewing performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Background in fitness, wellness, or franchised businesses is highly beneficial, particularly in studio or gym environments.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally to franchise locations, and work on-site in Charlotte, NC as required.
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM or member management platforms, scheduling systems, and basic reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, exercise science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ISI® Elite Training’s core values and passion for building strong, results-driven communities.
