Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field required.
• 5+ years of operations experience, multi-unit management preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze metrics.
• Root-cause problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with franchisees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments across restaurants.
• Coach GMs and leadership on guest satisfaction drivers.
• Observe service routines and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and performance metrics.
• Develop and share playbooks for scalable improvements.
• Deliver in-restaurant coaching and training for managers and districts.
• Collaborate with franchise leadership to implement action plans.
