Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for a portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review for performance alignment.
• Track data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions and provide coaching.
• Support remodeling and new restaurant openings with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate training support with Field Training Team.
• Ensure prudent use of G&A expenses within regional guidelines.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely manner.
