Zusammenfassung

CareerPlug LLC, a remote-first company serving 60,000+ growing franchises, seeks a Partner Growth Manager to manage a book of franchise and association partners. You will launch and train partners, drive adoption, and align growth plans with quarterly goals.

Travel 40–50 days yearly to conferences and events, often returning home for weekly online sessions. You’ll report to the Partner Growth team, own measurable outcomes (quota/adoption/retention), and use data storytelling to influence

Qualifikationen

• Experience with franchise brands and franchisors or associations/networks.
• Experience growing adoption or revenue across a network you don’t directly sell to.
• Comfortable presenting and training groups, virtual and in person.
• Experience owning measurable goals (quota, adoption, retention, or similar).
• Experience with software in partner/success roles is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own a book of franchise and association partners and grow paid adoption and locations against a quarterly quota.
• Build and run a strategic adoption plan for each partner using account data.
• Lead new partner launches: kickoff calls, workshops, and trainings.
• Hold regular partner meetings and ROI reviews with brand leaders and field teams.
• Build relationships with influential franchisees to champion CareerPlug.
• Create webinars, promotions and content that drive adoption.
• Monitor partner health, renewal dates and churn risk; address issues.
• Represent CareerPlug at partner conferences and events, including speaking when possible.
• Keep partner records up to date in HubSpot.
