Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to fuel growth across our franchise network. You will partner with Operations and Training to guide launches, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support in assigned regions.

Responsibilities include coaching franchisees, driving sales, improving profitability, and ensuring brand standards. Up to 50% travel is required, with reporting to the Vice President of Operations.

Qualifications

• Coaching and training skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Increase gross sales revenue and profitability in assigned region.
• Develop sales strategies and business development plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching calls with franchise partners.
• Maintain knowledge in operations, marketing, and training.
• Organize regional meetings to drive initiatives.
• Compile brand compliance data and upgrade franchise image.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement best practices.
• Perform field visits up to 50% travel for training and support.
• Provide ongoing operational assistance to franchisees and employees.
• Report KPIs to leadership and department manager.
• Assist in franchisee training programs and annual conference.
• Work on special projects as needed.
