Jobgether SRL seeks a Franchise Business Consultant (Remote-Field) based in the United States. You will support franchisees to boost performance, expand operations, and maintain brand standards while traveling nationwide.

In this remote role, you will analyze financials, provide strategic guidance, and coach owners to achieve revenue growth and improved margins. Expect 50–75% travel and collaboration with internal teams on renewals and new center development.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience within a franchise organization, supporting franchisee performance and growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities independently across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to analyze franchisee P&L statements and drive profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary business advisor for franchisees in assigned territories, sharing best practices.
• Coach franchisees to achieve KPI targets, sales growth, and profitability.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and develop targeted action plans to improve performance.
• Travel nationwide 50–75% to engage with franchisees and support centers.
