Job summary

CareerPlug LLC seeks an experienced sales professional to prospect franchisors, nurture relationships, and showcase CareerPlug’s software to build brand-level partnerships with franchise systems.

You will generate and obtain signatures on agreements, support partner training, and help drive adoption across networks. This remote US role offers a base salary plus on-target commissions and a transparent compensation philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience with franchisors and franchise systems.
• Proactive follow-up to achieve revenue goals.
• Comfortable making calls, delivering software demos, and owning accountability.
• Experience with franchise brands, franchising industry, or dealer networks.
• Experience and knowledge of recruiting (preferred).
• Sales experience at software companies (preferred).
• Experience with partners who are not direct clients (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new leads among franchisors.
• Demonstrate CareerPlug's software to potential franchisors.
• Generate and obtain signatures on agreements and SOW documents from new franchisors.
• Deliver value proposition and assist with new partner training.
• Help drive adoption within networks by delivering presentations and attending partner conferences.
• Hand off a partner from sales to implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date data in HubSpot.
