Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to partner with domestic franchise owners, drive revenue growth, and uphold brand standards. The role requires strategic coaching, financial oversight, and strong operational support across the UFC GYM system.

Travel to franchise locations is required, with regular in-market visits and leadership of calls with the team to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5–7 years equivalent business experience.
• 5–7+ years of multi-unit operations or General Manager experience.
• Strong financial acumen and KPI analysis skills.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency preferred).
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Drive franchise development and market expansion strategy for UFC GYM locations.
• Lead monthly Sales and Operations Review calls focusing on KPI performance and revenue growth.
• Oversee franchise website strategy with Marketing and Digital teams to optimize performance and conversions.
• Review quarterly financial statements for all non-MSA franchise locations for transparency and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary liaison and strategic advisor to Franchise Owners.
• Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly performance reviews.
• Analyze KPIs and financials to identify growth opportunities.
• Support new club development including site approvals and SWOT analysis.
• Conduct regular in-market visits to ensure operational excellence and brand compliance.
• Provide coaching to improve sales, membership growth, EBITDA, and efficiency.
• Promote vendors and manage rebates and revenue-share programs.
• Support franchise training, pre-sale, and grand opening initiatives.
