Job summary

Unleashed Brands is seeking a Director, Franchise Recruitment to lead the search for high-potential franchise partners across our brand family. You will own the candidate pipeline, build rapport, and guide prospects through mutual evaluation toward Franchise Agreements.

Based in Bedford, TX with remote options, you will collaborate with the VP of Franchise Recruitment and the Chief Growth Officer to hit aggressive annual targets and expand our franchise network.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales or recruitment experience, preferably in franchising.
• Experience selling a high-investment concept or recruitment process.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Must be coachable, driven, and have integrity in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute franchise mutual evaluation and deliver a minimum of 15 new franchise agreements in year one, 25+ in year two.
• Maintain records for each candidate and produce activity reports with projections.
• Coordinate Discovery Day communications and prepare candidate dossiers 48 hours before DD.
