Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive growth of coaching programs and deliver a premium member experience. You will manage revenue goals for private training and supplements, guide transitions from sales to coaching, and lead a high-energy team while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include prospecting, closing training packages, and ensuring seamless hand-offs to coaching staff, with a focus on member satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in fitness, hospitality, or retail management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
• Must be able to lead tours and stay active on the gym floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
• Lead tours, present options, and close training package sales.
• Ensure seamless hand-off from Sales to coaching staff for new members.
• Supervise staff to deliver high-energy sessions and uphold brand standards.
• Address member concerns and maintain excellent service.
