Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations in the Phoenix, Arizona area to lead cross-functional franchise activities with bottling partners. You will serve as the primary liaison to bottler leadership, ensuring alignment with the Annual Business Plan and driving performance on topline, share and volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering topline, share and volume objectives.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and face of KO to the bottler head in the assigned geography.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the annual business plan (ABP) is delivered effectively.
• Drive bottler strategies for topline, share, volume, and other key objectives.
• Forecast performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Build strong relationships with bottlers and partners to drive alignment and cooperation.
• Represent Coca-Cola values in all interactions, promoting transparency and ethical leadership.
