Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Director of Franchise Operations for the Seattle, WA region to lead strategic franchise initiatives with bottling partners and drive achievement of the ABP. This role acts as the main liaison to bottler leadership, aligning resources to optimize topline growth, market share, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include strategic plan development, performance forecasting, and cross-functional leadership to ensure execution excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact and 'face of KO' to the bottler head in the assigned geography.
Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with corporate goals to ensure the ABP is delivered effectively.
Drive bottler strategies for topline, share, volume, and other key objectives.
Forecast performance and adjust plans to meet objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams and resources to accelerate and meet priorities.
