Job summary

Conserva Irrigation Franchising seeks an Operations Support Consultant to train and support franchisees in business operations, technology, and marketing. You will travel regularly to client sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely coaching and mentoring.

Role includes hands-on field training (2–3 days per location, approx. 8–12 trips yearly) and participation in annual meetings. Remote work is available for the right candidate, with relocation possible to Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of Irrigation Industry Experience Required.
• Strong emphasis on operations and field training.
• Ability to travel ~20% and work from Richmond, VA office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational training and support to Conserva Irrigation franchisees.
• Travel to select locations for hands-on field training (2–3 days per trip; 8–12 trips/year).
• Collaborate with marketing, technology and accounting teams to ensure compliance and support.
• Maintain regular contact with franchisees to review operations and share feedback with management.
• Prepare field reports and contribute to annual meetings and special projects.
