Job summary

Empowerfranchising is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to coach Conserva Irrigation franchisees and drive operational excellence across a national portfolio. You will guide staffing, budgeting, pricing analysis, and process improvements to improve margins and performance.

You will conduct site visits, run Level 10 meetings, analyze KPI data, and collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams to support franchisee success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Analytically minded with ability to evaluate performance data for growth opportunities
• Travel up to 30%
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance, financial coaching, and sales/marketing alignment to franchisees.
• Conduct site audits and track KPIs to assess health and profitability.
• Lead Level 10 Meetings and facilitate root-cause analysis with data-driven action plans.
• Develop SOPs, standardize processes, and collaborate to increase scalability.
• Support local marketing plans and align initiatives with brand goals.
• Deliver training materials and onboarding resources; train new staff.
• Prepare on-site coaching reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
