Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, providing management, operational, and financial support. You will monitor franchise performance, coach partners, and lead territory health diagnostics across your region.

The role requires 5–7+ years of consulting or franchise experience, strong KPI/data analysis, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 75% to franchise locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A) or Equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years of experience as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business/franchise.
• Strong in operational efficiencies, KPI's, and data analysis.
• Comfortable interpreting P&L statements and understanding impact on top/bottom lines.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to serve customer needs.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to franchise locations within territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform as business consultant and coach; build trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Establish regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand business operations and provide insights.
• Develop understanding of Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the go-to advisor for franchisees in times of need or celebrations.
• Prioritize requests of FSC functions to connect with franchisees.
• Advise on compliance with Franchise Agreement and support compliance efforts.
• Conduct market meetings for franchisees to benefit the group.
• Guide franchisees on culture alignment with company culture.
• Provide franchise territory health diagnostics.
• Review monthly Profit and Loss statements, including YOY revenue.
• Other duties as assigned.
