Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational requirements.
• Evaluate profitability, overhead costs, and operational efficiencies to strengthen margins.
• Track key performance indicators to assess operational health across locations.
• Provide ongoing coaching on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth.
• Maintain structured meeting cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) via a Level 10 EOS format.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and lead data-driven action plans for improvement.
• Review franchisee financial statements and assist in budgeting and goal setting.
• Develop and implement systemwide KPIs and drive performance improvements.
