Job summary

Servpro Industries, LLC seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to coach and develop franchisees across the Southeast region, with travel to TN and nearby states. The role emphasizes customer service, revenue growth, and profitability improvements through structured training and consulting sessions.

Requires 5+ years as a consultant or 10+ years as a business owner, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; travel is regular and expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a franchise consultant or ten years as a business owner.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly, in writing and verbally, to all levels.
• Must have the Passion to Serve franchisees through consultative skills.
• Able to present and speak professionally to large groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of the SERVPRO Operating System and growth programs.
• Experience with training venues, resources, and programs.
• Representative professional demeanor and adherence to SERVPRO brand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete one-on-one visits, virtual trainings, and regional meetings.
• Document coaching sessions in Salesforce and track KPIs.
• Support customer service improvements and franchise performance.
• Provide training on revenue growth, profitability, and marketing strategies.
• Assist with management development and staff training for franchise owners.
• Provide weekly updates to the Regional Director of Operations.
• Stay current on restoration tech and best practices for franchised locations.
• Lead onboarding and development of new franchise owners and assist with expansions.
• Collaborate across teams to support SERVPRO initiatives and brand advocacy.
