Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Business Consultant to partner with franchisees on brand standards, financial analysis, and growth strategies. The role focuses on teaching franchisees to interpret financial statements, optimize production and operations, and leverage center management software for better performance.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in franchising and accounting, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to half the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in franchising.
• 5+ years of experience in managing an accounting function in a medium or large company.
• Experience in the signage or print industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Work with franchisees to identify their needs and support their goals and priorities.
• Analyze financial statements (balance sheets and income statements) and operating ratios.
• Develop pricing strategy and analyze sales, marketing, and advertising programs.
• Support center management including workflow, training, and software usage.
• Coordinate travel within company guidelines and regional budgets.
• Communicate with Sales Development, Marketing, and other teams to plan actions and follow up with franchisees.
• Learn and promote FASTSIGNS products and services, including digital signage and center management software.
• Participate in company events and assist with special projects as directed by leadership.
