Job summary

International Dairy Queen, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations leader to guide franchisees and the operations team toward short- and long-term company goals. You will leverage restaurant operations knowledge to counsel on sales, profits, standards, and customer experience.

You will plan district initiatives, partner with departments and vendors, and support marketing, training, and supply chain efforts while ensuring compliance with IDQ policies. Travel and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, restaurant management or a related field.
• 4+ years of restaurant management or franchise operations experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Thorough knowledge of the restaurant industry and operations.
• Proficient marketing, finance, training, HR and development knowledge.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and Operations team to meet goals.
• Advise on operations, customer service, and standards to improve sales and profits.
• Develop district plans for marketing, operations, training and supply chain.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors to position franchisees for success.
• Support new store openings and ad hoc projects as needed.
