Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, franchising, multi-unit operations, business analysis.
• Project management, vendor management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with franchisor organizations or QSR is preferred.
• Ability to manage projects with defined scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks, and success measures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day owner for International Operations support programs and vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with franchisees, regional teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to standardize delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and program value.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports; present findings to leadership.
