Coca-Cola North America is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to lead strategic franchise oversight in the Seattle area. You will drive annual business plan delivery, partner execution with bottlers, and forecast performance while leading cross-functional teams to meet topline, share, and volume objectives.

You will mentor leaders across regions, champion data-driven decisions, and promote Coca-Cola values in every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
• Proven track record delivering topline, share, and volume objectives.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
