UFC GYM in Whitestown, IN seeks a Director of Franchise Operations to partner with domestic franchise owners, drive revenue growth, ensure brand standard execution, and provide strategic coaching, financial oversight, and operational support across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years multi-unit operations experience.
• 5–7+ years of multi-unit operations or General Manager experience.
• Strong financial acumen and KPI analysis skills.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency preferred).
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Drive business development for new franchise locations and market expansion.
• Lead monthly Sales and Operations Review calls focused on KPI performance.
• Oversee website strategy with Marketing to optimize performance and conversions.
• Analyze quarterly financial statements for non-MSA locations for trends and risks.
• Provide coaching to improve sales, membership growth, EBITDA, and ops efficiency.
• Lead regular in-market visits to ensure operational excellence and brand compliance.
• Support franchise training, pre-sale, and grand openings.
• Promote vendors and manage rebate and revenue share programs.
