FIT House of Brands seeks a strategic Franchise Development Director to lead end-to-end sales initiatives across its fitness portfolio. You will direct multi-unit development, qualifying opportunities and building a robust pipeline with investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

• 7–10+ years of consultative B2B/B2C sales experience, including 3+ years in franchise development.
• Strong track record selling high-investment franchise or multi-unit deals.
• Existing network of franchise investors and high-net-worth individuals.

• Own the end-to-end franchise sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreements.
• Engage with investors, family offices, and multi-unit operators.
