BODYBAR Franchising is seeking a strategic Director of Franchise Operations to lead field execution, elevate studio performance, and strengthen the franchisee experience across our growing network. This hybrid role in Fort Worth, TX will oversee presale through grand opening and ongoing operations, guiding teams to deliver consistent standards and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years in franchise operations, multi-unit or fitness ops.
• Experience leading field consultants or regional teams.
• Experience with membership-based business models and KPI reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and pre-opening of new studios and launch execution.
• Lead network-wide performance reporting and drive data-driven improvements.
• Ensure adoption of standard operating procedures and field playbooks.
• Directly manage Onboarding Consultants and Business Consultants teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Training, Compliance and Franchise Development across the network.
