Job summary

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Franchise Operations Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of Central New York franchise locations. The role focuses on improving operations, boosting financial performance, and maintaining brand standards through field visits and coaching.

You will analyze performance metrics, support openings and onboarding, and partner with store leaders to implement practical improvement plans. A multi-unit background and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit restaurant/retail or franchise operations experience.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day store operations and performance management.
• Ability to coach owners and managers without direct authority.
• Knowledge of P&L, food costs, labor costs, and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned franchise locations regularly to support operations.
• Evaluate food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
• Develop practical action plans with franchisees and monitor improvements.
• Coach franchisees on operations, staffing, and profitability.
• Conduct monthly business reviews on sales, labor, and costs.
• Monitor weekly performance data and feedback to identify improvements.
• Escalate significant issues when needed.
• Support onboarding, openings, and training of new franchise units.
