Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Franchise Account Manager in Chicago to grow and manage a portfolio of franchise dealership partners. You will drive loan production by identifying opportunities, training dealer staff, and delivering compelling proposals to management.

This field-based role requires travel within the assigned market, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with dealership leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven field sales experience with B2B dealerships.
• Ability to travel within an assigned market.
• Self-starting territory management and prospecting abilities.
• Comfort presenting to dealership owners and general managers.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in the assigned territory.
• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealer partners to increase loan volume and improve performance.
• Train dealership personnel on products, programs, processes, and funding requirements.
• Conduct in-person visits and calls to strengthen relationships and drive production.
• Prepare presentations and proposals communicating Westlake Financial’s offerings.
