Westlake Financial is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to partner with franchise dealerships in your market, growing relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping dealers finance more customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationships with franchise dealership partners within territory.
• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Increase loan production and improve dealer performance.
• Train dealership personnel on products, processes, and funding requirements.
• Conduct regular dealership visits and calls to drive production.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals communicating products and value proposition.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities from field activity.
• Provide financing solutions balancing dealer, customer, and Westlake Financial needs.
• Educate partners on documentation and submission requirements.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings.
• Participate in meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Represent Westlake Financial with exceptional service.
