Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Franchise Account Manager in the Seattle area to grow dealer relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will manage your own dealer portfolio in a high-energy, consultative field sales role with a highly incentivized compensation plan.

You will train and educate dealership personnel on Westlake Financial’s products, processes, and funding requirements while traveling within the assigned market to drive loan production and profitability.

• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales tools.
• Willing to travel throughout an assigned local market.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in your territory.
• Develop new business by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealer partners to increase loan volume and improve business performance.
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial’s products, programs, and funding requirements.
• Conduct in-person visits and phone communications to strengthen relationships and drive production.
• Prepare presentations and proposals communicating products, services, and value to dealership management.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities from field activity and events.
• Provide financing solutions balancing dealership, customer, and Westlake Financial needs.
• Educate dealer partners on documentation and verification for contract submission and funding.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve production and profitability.
