Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to grow dealer relationships and drive loan production in the assigned market. You will manage your own dealer portfolio, prospect new opportunities, and train dealership staff on products and processes.

This high-energy, field-based role offers a performance-based compensation program designed to reward results, with the potential to earn six figures and more based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow dealer relationships and loan production.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to dealership owners and managers.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned local market.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Self-starter capable of managing a territory and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in your territory.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealers to increase loan volume and improve business performance.
• Educate dealership personnel on Westlake Financial’s products and funding requirements.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and calls to strengthen relationships and drive production.
• Prepare and deliver presentations communicating products, services, and value to management.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities from field activity and referrals.
• Provide financing solutions balancing dealer, customer, and Westlake needs.
