Slim Chickens in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Director of Strategic Franchise Initiatives to lead franchisee and company growth and profitability, including EBITDA, cost controls, labor efficiencies, and revenue growth.

You will manage cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Training, and Marketing, develop profitability playbooks, build dashboards, and partner with Real Estate and Development teams on new markets and unit economics. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in restaurant or project management role.
• 2+ years Data Analytics background a plus.
• Experience working in a franchise organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve profitability for franchisees and company restaurants (margin, EBITDA, cost controls).
• Develop tools and dashboards to benchmark financial and operational performance.
• Manage cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Training, and Marketing.
• Drive labor optimization and retention initiatives with HR and Training.
• Prepare communications and change management plans for system rollouts.
• Identify revenue opportunities and support expansion in new markets.
