Job summary

Relentless Brands in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Franchise Development to build and scale two health and wellness brands from HQ. You will own the franchise-development function, drive top-of-funnel campaigns, and close opportunities with franchise partners.

You’ll lead a small, fast-moving team, shape the sales playbook, manage budgets, and report KPIs to the executive team. A founder‑led, growth-focused environment with ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Based in Charlotte, NC or willing to relocate to HQ.
• Deep background in sales and marketing with campaign ownership experience.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience in growth environments and ownership mindset.
• Franchise experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the entire franchise development department.
• Manage and report on departmental P&L and budgets.
• Create, document, and evolve the franchise sales playbook, SOPs, and weekly dashboards.
• Work with legal on FDD development and franchise agreement execution.
• Lead franchise development events and broker conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align brand voice and territory development.
• Ensure sales materials are brand-aligned and compliant.
• Build and execute top-of-funnel demand creation: paid ads, webinars, social content, landing pages, referrals.
• Own CRM workflows, automations, and pipelines.
• Lead monthly Confirmation Days and ensure a high-conversion experience.
• Track KPIs such as pipeline velocity, CAC, time-to-close, and discovery-to-award rate.
