• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with process improvement.
• High level of confidentiality and strong work ethics.
• Able to collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR.

• Provide leadership and accountability to field and franchise leadership teams.
• Execute initiatives through plans, milestones and metrics oversight.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners via regular communication and follow-up.
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives and assess results for adjustments.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Support operational processes to meet customer needs.
• Lead and participate in executive presentations, negotiations and meetings.
• Create a dining experience that strengthens customer relationships.
