ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration in Florence, SC is seeking a Sales & Marketing Account Manager to expand our referral network and drive marketing initiatives. You will recruit new referral sources, partner with agents and trade professionals, and coordinate promotional events throughout the year.

You will maintain relationships, plan CE classes, manage promotions, and develop accurate customer files while promoting the company across social media and community events.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in face to face sales and marketing.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Xactimate, Dash.
• Prior experience or knowledge in disaster restoration.
• Highly competitive, positive, and results driven.
• Great presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to receive and implement coaching feedback, and have a good personality/attitude.
• College education is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Expand and grow our customer base by recruiting new referral sources and trade partners.
• Maintain and grow existing referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and others.
• Initiate marketing strategies that support and grow the company's sales objectives.
• Plan and organize multiple marketing promotions and contests throughout the year.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer files and track marketing activities.
• Coordinate, promote, plan, and prepare CE classes for insurance agents.
• Track and reward existing referral sources with lunches, prizes, etc.
• Maintain and promote company social media accounts.
• Order and maintain inventory of promotional products and materials.
• Plan and execute community-based marketing events (golf tournaments, chamber events, charitable events).
• Join and participate in referral networking through service organizations (Rotary) and groups (BNI).
