ServiceMaster Restoration Services is expanding its presence in the Atlanta market and is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to grow our referral network, build strong relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC companies, and property managers, and drive new opportunities.

In this role you’ll make outbound calls, schedule meetings, follow up on opportunities, and manage contacts in our CRM while working closely with leadership and the sales team to turn conversations

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral partners (insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC, property managers, realtors, commercial businesses).
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing contacts.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts.
• Manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Research and identify new businesses to pursue.
• Coordinate networking events, lunches, meetings, and community outreach.
• Represent the ServiceMaster brand professionally.
