ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an outgoing Account Manager to develop relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and other referral partners. The role focuses on growing our referral network and driving new business through in-person visits and strategic presentations.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship-building, prospecting, and independent work, with a passion for networking and delivering results.

Qualificações

• Experience in outside sales or account management preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Comfortable with prospecting and field sales.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with insurance agents and property managers.
• Prospect for new accounts and referral partners.
• Conduct regular in-person sales calls and account visits.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing accounts.
• Educate partners about restoration services (water, fire, mold).
• Coordinate presentations, lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and events.
• Attend networking and community events.
• Respond quickly when referral partners need assistance.
• Work with operations to ensure referred customers receive excellent service.
• Track sales activity, referrals, opportunities, and results.
• Meet established sales activity, referral, and revenue goals.
