ServiceMaster of Charleston is seeking an Area Sales Manager who can connect with people, build trust, and turn relationships into revenue. You’ll work in the field to develop referral partnerships and create new business opportunities across your assigned territory.

You don’t need restoration experience; enthusiasm for people, accountability, and a competitive drive are essential. You’ll be the face of our brand at networking events and community activities, with measurable revenue goals.

Responsabilidades

• Developing new business relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, roofers, HVAC companies, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Conducting daily face-to-face visits to build and strengthen relationships throughout your territory.
• Identifying opportunities, asking great questions, and turning conversations into business.
• Building a network of referral partners who know you, trust you, and confidently recommend our company.
• Maintaining consistent follow-up with existing and prospective accounts.
• Managing your territory with the ownership mentality of someone running their own business.
• Using our CRM, sales processes, and training to track activities, manage opportunities, and measure results.
• Meeting and exceeding activity, relationship-development, and revenue goals.
• Representing ServiceMaster professionally at networking events, industry gatherings, and community activities.
