Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. seeks a Director, Franchise Business Consultant and Operations to lead a regional team of consultants, linking franchisor to franchisees with strategic guidance and performance improvements.

You will oversee KPI tracking and P&L reviews, develop best practices, and coach leaders to scale growth while aligning with our systems and culture. Travel up to 75% to franchise locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or Equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational efficiencies with KPI’s and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of franchise business consultants in support of franchisee growth and profitability.
• Coach and influence franchise partners to drive top‑ and bottom‑line results.
• Oversee compliance with Franchise Agreement and provide guidance on staying within it.
• Conduct market meetings and provide insights to improve franchise operations.
