Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, franchise leadership, sales, operations, or general management.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Proven experience driving P&L performance, executional excellence, and growth.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at senior internal and external levels.
• Experience within the Coca-Cola system or similarly structured franchise organizations.
• Background spanning sales, operations, marketing, commercial strategy and strategic planning.
• Track record of leading high-visibility markets or enterprise-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Franchise & Bottler Leadership: align Coca-Cola, bottlers, and customers around growth priorities.
• Market Execution & Operations: own end-to-end market execution across channels.
• Strategic Planning & Growth Agenda: develop and activate Coke Florida business plan.
• Brand, Marketing & Customer Leadership: ensure brand and customer leadership in market.
• People & Organizational Leadership: model accountability and cross-functional partnership.
