Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Growth Executive to drive revenue growth and location adoption across existing franchise merchant groups. You will upsell Ads, Loyalty & Promotions to corporate stakeholders and individual franchisees, balancing high-volume calls and emails with strategic meetings.

You will collaborate with the Franchise Account Development Manager and Inside Account Management, activate additional products, and use data to tailor solutions. Travel and hybrid work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role focused on building relationships and closing deals.
• 1+ years of outbound sales experience with activity, calls, and meetings targets.
• Creative, motivated, and passionate about sales.
• Comfortable working in a scaling startup and adapting quickly.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by upselling Ads, Loyalty & Promotions to franchise merchants.
• Engage corporate stakeholders and franchise operators via meetings and outreach.
• Collaborate with Inside Account Management to meet Managed Partners goals.
• Activate additional DoorDash products to drive merchant growth.
• Leverage data tools to craft tailored partner solutions.
