DoorDash is seeking a Growth Executive to upsell Ads, Loyalty & Promos to our existing merchant partners, driving revenue growth for DoorDash and the merchants.

You’ll engage merchants via high-volume calls and emails, analyze goals and challenges, and collaborate with the Inside Account Management Team to expand product adoption. This role offers hybrid work with travel for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role focused on building relationships and closing deals.
• Experience working with Franchise accounts is a plus.
• 1+ years of outbound sales with performance expectations.
• Tech-savvy and quick to navigate sales and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Upsell Ads, Loyalty & Promotions to existing merchants to drive revenue growth.
• Engage partners via high-volume calls and emails to promote products.
• Collaborate with Inside Account Management to achieve partner goals.
• Activate additional products to empower merchant growth.
• Leverage data and analytical tools to tailor solutions.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to engage partners.
• Travel for in-person trainings, offsites and collaboration as needed.
