• Experience — 8–10 years in franchise sales/development, with 5–7 years managing complex projects.
• Technical skills — project management, finance, negotiation, and market analysis.
• Communication — strong verbal and written skills for clients, vendors, and senior management.
• Knowledge — hotel operations market, financial feasibility, and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional development plans to maximize brand distribution and quotas.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close franchise sales in assigned territories with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate licensing processes and monitor financial/administrative parameters of agreements.
• Develop targets and annual business plans aligned with brand growth and profitability.
• Engage investment groups and developers to source deal leads and opportunities.
