Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (Remote-Field) to collaborate with franchisees nationwide. You will drive center development, support brand initiatives, and ensure profitability while aligning standards across all locations.

You will travel 50-75% nationally, advise on growth strategies, and partner with legal and development teams to manage renewals. Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a franchise organization supporting franchisee unit growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability growth.
• Previous experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support and business advisor to franchisees in assigned geographies and share best practices.
• Drive franchise development goals and improve same-store sales and profitability.
• Provide recommendations to franchisees for improving day-to-day operations and brand standards.
• Partner with franchisees through quarterly business reviews to assess financial and operational performance.
