Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support Franchise Partners in the Eastern region. This remote role requires travel up to 50% and is based in the US; base salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 with incentives.

You will drive revenue growth, coach franchisees on operations, marketing and staffing, conduct reviews and site visits, and help implement new technologies and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Home care experience preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular business reviews and annual site visits with each franchisee.
• Coach new franchisees and staff on growth and SHC standards.
• Influence adoption of SHC technologies, marketing tools and programs.
• Serve as primary contact for franchisee issues across functions.
• Build strong relationships to inform future franchise support programs.
• Lead webinars, roundtables and training sessions.
