Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Franchise Development Coordinator to support the sales process from initial contact to contract execution and onboarding of new franchise groups.

You will be the main contact for franchise development, coordinating administrative tasks, documentation, and travel while interfacing with real estate and legal teams. This role requires teamwork, strong communication, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with franchise industry, FDD, and legal docs is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Support to the VP of Franchise Development and the Director of Design/Architecture.
• Guide prospective franchisees through the sales process and FDD, testing, interview, fees, and signing.
• Develop and update PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and sales packets.
• Oversee Franchise documentation, renewal paperwork, and compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Relay Real Estate information from internal Real Estate personnel as needed.
• Report weekly activities to Franchise development team and directors.
• Consult with legal counsel on franchise agreements and related issues as needed.
• Provide information requested by Twin Peaks Legal Dept.
• Review renewal eligibility of existing Franchise agreements.
• Compose letters/notices to Franchisees per Franchise Agreement.
• Manage Franchise development ShareFile and CRM portals.
• Maintain tracking reports, forms, tools, and guidelines.
• Organize incoming real estate inquiries and site information gathering.
• Organize travel and prepare presentations for real estate and design.
• Coordinate and participate in Twin Peaks franchise trade shows and events.
